1. Personal Introduction & Goal Analysis
In an initial consultation, we assess your professional qualifications, strengths, and personal preferences.
Would you like to live in a region where family members already reside? We will specifically check whether we can find suitable employers – such as hospitals or nursing homes – in that area.
2. Learning German & Starting the Application Process
German language skills are essential for your professional future in Germany – and we support you right from the beginning:

You will immediately start a German language course – either through the Goethe-Institut or via our own training programs.

The official language exams (e.g., B1/B2) are taken at the Goethe-Institut.

Once you reach B1 level, you will also begin our nursing-specific courses in German, preparing you directly for your future work in Germany.

At the same time, we start the application process with German healthcare institutions, so you are well-prepared once you have completed your language exams.
3. Job Offer & Document Preparation
As soon as you receive a job offer, we will work together on preparing the required documents – which may vary depending on the federal state – and guide you through the administrative process, which usually takes 4–6 months.
